Bought one of their properties, the house is decent enough but had a few snags to sort out, as you'd expect (we completed in the summer, so it was dry).
Our plasterboard started popping off on 1 full side of the house, over 3 floors. After sampling, this is because of a bad batch of adhesive, but no-one will take responsibility because apparently "it'll make too many waves".
The garden was really bad (once the rain started) Clay soil, water running in from next door and really poor drainage. Contacted them multiple times for assistance and they've just put lip service to it, advising that it'll be looked into. Unsurprisingly, the warranty doesnt cover it.
We have a 4 year old that can't play in the garden without having to wear wellies. They put in some underground drainage which hasn't worked so we're now looking at several grand to put it right.
Same old, they're alright with you when you're parting with your cash but you'll probably be left when you have issues.
