After a dodgy job by another trader I needed someone that knew what they were doing! It was obvious Luke knew what he was talking about as soon as opened his mouth. I was so relieved and as someone who doesnt leave reviews, I can't recommend him and his team highly enough.

Luke and his team came to sort our floor out. What started as a 2 day job for him turned out to be over a week as we came across all sorts of issues that would have gone unnoticed and ultimately cost me a fortune in a couple of years. Not only did he sort the floor but he found a significant damp problem that we wouldn't have known about until it ruined my new floor in a couple of years and ultimately cost me much more to rectify. He not only solved the damp in the floor but also a wall and then levelled my floor before relaying the floor again. He also patched part of the living room ceiling and channeled some electrics and new sockets for us.

He kept us informed, with evidence by way of video calls to show us the damp found, made sure we were up to date with the cost increases before added work started and his team worked solidly all day, every day and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day.

Will most certainly use the team again when we have new jobs that need similar services.
