I initially messaged Dean from We Design Homes on Instagram in a desperate search to find an architect who would take on a residential project in the North West.

I had found it frustrating not to find the quality of architect that you may easily find in London here in Manchester. Dean was quick to respond, and has since been an incredible help to our search. He provided us with a template that allowed us to write up a detailed brief for our project, and to my delight has now found us some incredible options of practices who have expressed their interest in working with us.

We'd been after an architect to work with us on our renovation, and We Design Homes took all the stress out of our search. After providing a high-level project brief, we received a total of six high-quality expressions of interest from practices. We have subsequently commenced work with one of them. The whole process took less than a month, and Dean at WDH kept in regular communication throughout. An additional huge plus is that the service is free to the client.
