I was excited to work with WEC group as they have a large facility with multiple processes that could deal with my project. However I was very disappointed with the lack of care and delivery of my project. Parts were delivered on multiple occasions damaged due to poor packaging. When delivered, the parts were made to the wrong tolerances and were completely unusable. The project was delayed by 3 months due to this and little in the way of a formal apology or explanation.
