Avoid avoid avoid Linden and any company associated with them!
Houses look nice but we bought one and everything inside they have bodged.
The boiler is rusty even though it’s ‘new’. The cooker hood had debris inside it and a repair man told us it had been fitted completely wrong so fumes were escaping. Our front door has broken twice. Our water heater broke within a week of moving in.
All these problems and they are super lethargic and disagreeable when trying to get it sorted. Rude, unprofessional bunch of cowboys

These new build places buy the land and cram as many houses in as possible to get there money back also many I have seen have poor workmanship as the contractors have timeliness to address to
