Windlesham Gates replaced a significant sliding, electric front gate for us, which had deteriorated due to wear and tear and a poor installation by a previous company. They were really professional and patient throughout - undertaking surveys, providing designs, recommending weatherproof materials and listening to our concerns regarding foundations. The installation team were superb - very careful, thorough, tidy and professional. We're incredibly happy with the end result - it looks great and we have much more confidence that it will be safe and have a long life - thank you Lee and the team!

Lee and his team installed 'In / Out' double gates at our property and they have done a fabulous job. The whole process from quoting to completion has been professionally delivered. Lee delivered an informative quote, explained all options available and ensured we knew exactly what would happen and when. He re-quoted several times without issue as we changed our mind and refined our requirements. He provided advice without pushing his opinions which was really helpful as he does this for a living and we don't. His team were superb. Excellent quality of work and very professional on site. The site was always left clean and tidy, they were very polite and keen to ensure we were happy. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Windlesham Gates and have offered to be a reference customer if required.

All the team at Windlesham Gates did an excellent & very professional job in replacing an old back double gate with a new electronic (Accoya) sliding gate They also installed an intercom powered locking mechanism for our front gate. The admin staff’s communications throughout the process was outstanding. We would recommend Windlesham Gates highly to anyone seeking such a service

We initially met Windlesham gates when we were out walking the dog. We needed to replace our existing gates and got talking to their team who were installing gates locally. The team were very knowledgeable and gave us a good feel about the business. Following that we had a visit from Lee who helped us spec the gates and gave us a ton of advice and guidance - something we just did not receive from other local gate companies that we met. Between then and installation communication was fantastic and Laura was always responsive to queries and kept us up to date with progress. The installation team were professional, tidy and respectful. They even offered to help unload our car of shopping! The end result is a new set of gates, letter and parcel boxes and a new wall to support. The work has been carried out to a very high standard. We couldn’t recommend Windlesham gates more. It’s not often you come across businesses with great customer service, craftsmanship and happy staff! Well done and thank you!

Outstanding job from beginning to end. The quote was clear and concise, the gates were built to our design and the installation team were very considerate and did a wonderful job. The small section of fence was also built and installed to match the gates. We are very pleased and impressed with the gates and the service we have received. Lee and his team at Windlesham have been really great. We had difficulties getting planning permission for our gates and had to go all the way up to the Planning Inspectorate. All in all in took two years. Lee was incredibly patient and supportive throughout. Without his help and advice I doubt we'd have achieved such a good outcome. Our gates (metal grey frame with cedar panels) have now been installed by Lee's professional and attentive installation team. They look great - so much so that passers-by comment on them! I would have no hesitation in recommending Windlesham Gates.
