We had all our windows and doors replaced. I would highly recommend this company. Its family run, excellent service with get attention to detail. The windows and doors are a flush system which look brilliant, the fitting service was first class and if I needed or if I knew someone who needed windows and doors then without hesitation I would recommend. Just a quick review of the new solid roof that Andy and his team put on our conservatory, it's been on for a year now and I've been holding back to see how it performed in every season and weather condition. It's been superb, it still looks brand new and has made a world of difference to the conservatory, we've gained another room that can be used all year round.
A big thankyou to Andy and team who all worked very hard on it in some really horrible weather, would I recommend window repair services, yes I jolly well would, thanks again, Tim

I have had a number of jobs completed now by Window Repair Services,all to my complete satisfaction.One was a replacement steamed up unit for a patio door,I have had a new kitchen door last year and last month had two new windows fitted upstairs.All the work was of the highest standard and completed within the time period promised.
I would not hesitate to recommend this local company to anyone,I can't understand the previous comments from customers.1st class service.

Best avoid as they do not respond once you have paid, been waiting over 5 months for work to be fixed despite numerous phone calls, etc. About to report to trade organisation.
Yes it is a genuine response and the owner knows this. As written, best avoid for the reason stated in that they do no respond once the work and payment has been made... all documented.

The windows we had fitted are fine, unfortunately trying to get them to come and fix a problem with some shoddy sealing around two of our windows (done with mortar, which obviously doesn't stick to PVC and has fallen off - letting water and drafts in) has taken over six months and they still haven't sorted it. Wouldn't recommend them.

Hi, I had a garage window replaced with a new double glazed window and I also has a large double glazed unit replaced in our kitchen window which had misted. We are very pleased with both the new window installation and the replacement window unit and the price was just right.

I would recommend this company for window repairs and replacement windows.

They didn't turn up for booked appointment. They might turn up for some people but not others. This firm and one other local tradesman let me down and wasted my time. Eventually on my third attempt to book someone to fix my window (not this company) the third person I booked actually turned up.

Great service, nothing was too much trouble for them.All the work done was to a high standard,no mess left behind with the new windows you couldnt want for more.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again
