After a site visit and accepting the quote, I asked for their insurance certificate, which was required by our party wall agreement. We did not hear back for a week, then, following a prompt, Ravi replied: “for this small job we do not share insurance certificate so find another builder”. The job was a 2m deep and 6m long dig down on a private road and waste pipe rerouting, which is certainly not what I would consider “small”. I do not what to assume what this response says about this company’s insurance status, but I have never come across a company reluctant to share their insurance certificate. So, this is just a heads up for any customers who, for whatever reason, require their works to be done by insured contractors. It may be worth asking for proof. Good luck.

Ravi and his team did a great job on our shop renovation. From the moment he came over to quote we felt re-assured and confident that he and his team would deliver. The whole process from start to finish took approximately 3-4 weeks with minimal disruption or mess for a job of this size. Now its completed i am very happy with the final outcome. I would describe Ravi as firm but fair. What is in the quote is in the quote, any extras you have to pay for. He does come over and do quality checks during the whole process - which really shows and since the job has been completed any snagging has been acted upon promptly by Ravi and the team. I would have no hesitation in using Wisdom Construction again or recommending to friends.
