What was meant to be an interaction with a small family-owned developer, turned into a long battle to get WN pull their act together. Poor quality of work meant that they had to re-do flooring to reduce noise levels. Prior to that, followed endless emails to their mailbox that most of the time went unaswered. They also ignore emails from their own management agent, meaning basic stuff like cleaning is delayed by several months. Avoid dealing with them any cost. Family owned business not what they pretend to be.

Awful - their properties fail building regulations, total lack of contact, unprofessionally ran. I would highly recommend avoiding buying a house through them at all costs. They are without a doubt the worst company I have ever come across and are a complete nightmare to deal with.

Nice development. Parking is a big issue here before you need individual visitor passes for each car and can only park in a V bay. I had to park way off the house I was visiting which is not convenient
