The service that Gavin, Sarah and the entire team at Woodford have delivered to us on our project has been excellent right from the get go. As probably the most important design and build project we will ever undertake it was essential that we had the right team on board. Gavin's attention to detail and unerring focus on quality design that was sympathetic to what the planners would require have been stand out. The team has also been excellent at intermediating with a large team of consultants and third parties, making our job much easier. Woodford Architecture have been fantastic from the beginning of our long project! They were friendly and approachable the first time we contacted them with our brief and we have since then developed a great professional relationship. Gavin and his team were great at listening to our ideas and then also added their own ideas to produce a beautifully designed house. They skilfully liaised with various consultants and planners to obtain our planning permission. The final design has been completed with such attention to detail that it has been fairly stress free for us!

Gavin and his team at Woodford Architecture were both friendly and professional from our very first meeting and this proficiency has continued throughout the project. They interpreted our brief brilliantly and together we have designed something really special. Obtaining planning permission for this new build was always going to be a challenge but Woodford managed it very well and were able to treat the inevitable compromises with a measured and positive attitude.
As you would expect from a first class architect's office, their attention to detail is outstanding and alongside their professionalism is a fun and enthusiastic approach.

We have thoroughly enjoyed all our meetings with Gavin, Sarah and the team - all so approachable and professional. We are still in the early stages of our project but have been enormously impressed so far. The design that they have come up with for our Devon holiday home is inspired, and they have effortlessly handled all the communication with the planning authorities. There is flawless attention to detail - even down to the dimensions of my husbands beloved record player to make sure the joinery accommodates it! A really enjoyable experience which I’m sure is going to result in a house that we love!
