Steve and his team have completed a couple of jobs for me on our roof. He has been excellent! Responsive and timely with excellent work quality. He provides before and after photos so I know exactly what is wrong and what he has fixed. He provides competitive fee estimates and sticks to his quote. I would highly recommend.

Had a leak through my chimney in to loft room, and needed 4 repairs on gutters. Impressed with responsiveness, turning up and having to come back when repair still leaked. Tradesman don’t do that in my experience so was very grateful that Steve didn’t ghost me!!
Super friendly and professional. And reasonable too. Highly recommend!

I live in an old victorian cottage and the chimney pot was leaning dangerously needing a swift repair.
Steve was able to source another appropriate pot and secure it without requiring scaffolding which would have massively hiked up the cost of the repair. He cemented and repaired other small issues at the chimney he observed whilst up on the roof to. Havent had further issues so would definitely reccommend.

My experience with this company didn't live up to the positive reviews I read here. I had to try contacting them multiple times before they answered my calls and return. The initial first repair failed to fix the reported issue.When they decided to re attend they conducted another failed repair. Make sure you withhold payment until you're completely satisfied with their work.lesson learned.

I manage lots of properties in East London and roofers are easy to find. Good roofers on the other hand are like hen's teeth! I'm pleased to say that my experience with Woodford Roofing (and Steve Hurst in particular) has been entirely positive. I contacted him online to report a problem with water ingress and within 2 days the problem was diagnosed, quoted for and repaired. That's how businesses should run! Thank you

CHIMNEY STACK REPAIR
When Steve came around, I explained the problem. Next day I received costings via message. Agreed the price and a date to do the job. Efficient. Helpful. Even colour matched the repair to existing brickwork. No messing about, just got on with the job. Will use again when needed. Definitely one to recommend.
