Conversion of house to five flats was done to very high standards. The work was needless to say delayed for the pandemic but Woodhart did their best to handover the flats as early as they possibly could. Very responsive to snagging too.

I think at the heart of the Woodhart business is a commitment to quality work & a genuine focus on getting things right for the customer. At the end of the day we got a great result in our project despite a lot of tricky construction challenges. When I had run out of energy to keep driving the process I really appreciated that the team kept the standards up to the end. Of course through the process (it was a 6 month project) there were a few chaotic moments and at times they could have been better coordinated or neater around the site. However they always took responsibility to rectify any mistakes and took feedback seriously and I always felt they were willing to learn and improve. For this reason I'd feel confident to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, quality contractor.

Our 1930’s bungalow needed modernising and extending. Our architects helped us to choose Woodhart to carry out the work and we are delighted that we chose them.
From the beginning Matt and James filled us with confidence that they would deliver our vision and that we would be really happy with the work they did for us.
Throughout the process their communication with us and our architects was excellent. They appointed a dedicated site manager and made sure that we were kept up to date both at and between the regular review meetings. Inevitably they hit unexpected questions and they quickly came up with thought-through and effective answers.
They coordinated sub-contractors and materials to avoid delays and kept the project to time. We really appreciated the care that they took to deliver what we wanted in our house.
Throughout the whole process we were encouraged by the Woodhart's friendly and approachable style. They were very easy to deal with and very supportive.
We have now moved back into our beautiful home with our hopes and expectations well and truly exceeded. We remain grateful to Woodhart for their commitment, expertise and professionalism and strongly recommend them.

Woodhart constructed a new-build, architect-designed house for us and were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. We used Woodharts to extend our home and create a new bathroom, shower room and bedroom. We are very pleased with how it all went. Any issues that came up were quickly resolved. A big thank you to Woodharts and the whole team. Thanks to James (senior surveyor) for helping us through the contract stage and fixing problems along the way. A special thank you to Chris (project manager) who was excellent at organising all the work and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Chris has a great attention to detail and kept us informed and up to date at all times and has been a pleasure to deal with. We were impressed with all the trades used for the work. Thanks to the office team who helped to ensure successful completion of our project. We very much appreciate all the effort that has gone in.

Hi, Just to say the team have been working on my neighbours property in Worthing, from the day they arrived until now when they have just left, every member of the team were polite, funny, talkative, friendly, respectful and from my point of view all worked well together as a team, they are a credit to the business and I will always recommend you if asked.
