Fantastic service. Prompt and personable. Darren and his team produced a very professional Mundic Report in a very short turnaround time, and were cheaper than the other two companies in the area that specialise in this service to boot!

My wife and I are in the middle of a mortgage application and needed sampling and testing for Mundic. Darren provided world-class advice and support throughout the process. Darren was faultless, he was extremely professional throughout but also the fastest and cheapest of all the quotes I had. I contacted him on a Friday, he did the test the following Monday and delivered the full report early that Thursday. All that and basically half the price of all the other quotes. He was easy to get hold of and kept in contact throughout, very helpful and accommodating. Honestly the best company to go to if you’re needing a mundic test!

If you want a job done expertly and super-quick then Darren, at Woolway Lee, is your person. I was really up against it for time and Darren was just wonderful, understanding the situation he got the whole process done - including a very well-presented report - in two and a half days. I needed a Mundic Test and Report in a very short timeframe having spoken to various companies this was the only one who promised delivery in the timeframe needed and also was the best value for money. Do not trust this firm or use them at your peril! We paid for full build survey. Ron failed to miss damp in the dining room. It was all around the perimeter lower walls. Didn't want to know when we contacted them, using the caveat that they are not allowed to move furniture. And that damp is inevitable in an old house. Furniture aside it was obvious to us as soon as we moved in to see the damp all around the room as well as the obvious smell. Moreover, if we were aware of the presence of damp and the magnitude of it beforehand, we could have negotiated cost of repair with the seller as reflected in the asking price, or could have pulled out. They failed us massively in these regards. Be warned!

Excellent service and a very good price. Very informative pre Mundic test, test done within a week of my enquiry and result 2 days after the test. It can't get better than that!
