The company was friendly, easy and efficient to deal with throughout the whole transaction and the fitters were just brilliant. It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request.
The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do.

We used Worcester Timber for the first time today. We may not have had the largest purchases, but the staff were excellent from start to finish and even carried and loaded everything into the car for us. Thank you. We will be sure to use you again.

Terrible customer service we looked at purchasing some of the products through a very rude gent named Leon.

Acted as if we were stupid and showed us no respect on our visit to his store!!! Will not be going here again.

The fence panels are very good quality compared to what other shops sell, the concrete posts and the kick boards are very good quality as well, they delivered my order very quickly, couple of days, which is good considering the distance
