Wren Building Contractors were appointed to move a considerable amount of soil between two locations. Prior to starting on site Tom was very courteous and provided all the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently. Once on site all of the team were excellent and handled queries from members of the public explaining what they were doing and how the finished product would look. Exactly what is needed for a Town or Parish Council. The works completed on schedule and the finish exceeded our expectations allowing us to move directly onto the next phase of the project. Overall experience was good, timings were accurate and customer liaison excellent.

This testimonial is to thank Wren Contractors, Tom the owner stroke director of Wren Construction and his two employees that carried out the work to repair the damaged raft foundations to my house.
Tom came to visit us to assess the work in order to prepare a quotation for the work that needed to be done, Tom was very knowledgeable about this type of repair.
We found that Tom was very professional and extremely polite and easy to work with.
We had a specialist report carried out by a building surveyor, i showed this to Tom he understood all the technical details on the report and agreed to contact the surveyor to ensure his understanding of the report was correct.
At this point i would like to point out this this project was a nightmare because we were dealing with the Gas Board and their claims department, again Tom stepped in and took the project on in its entirety managing all parties concerned.
Terms and conditions agreed and set in writing by Wren Contractors work was carried out.
Two of Toms employees turned up to the site introduced themselves to us.
Tom had gone through the surveyors report with his employees, again both were fully focused on what was needed to be done to carry out this repair.
Again I would like to emphasize how professional and polite both of Toms employees were, how clean and tidily they worked and in a safe manor.
All round I consider Tom and his to be spot on again Tom a big thank you to you and your team from both of us.

Wren Building Contractors managed our two-storey extension, converting our 3 bed semi into a 4 bed with utility, downstairs shower room and play room. We are extremely pleased with the outcome; the build is high quality and marries seamlessly with the rest of the house. Tom Wren quickly gained a full understanding of the project along with our expectations and came up with a number of great suggestions before and during the build. As with all projects of this nature there were occasional delays but we were kept fully informed throughout. Tom and his core staff were polite, tidy and were a pleasure to work with.

Tom & his team are phenomenal! We have had the pleasure of Wren Building Contractors Ltd for a 5 month duration to complete a heavy ground works package with additional steel frame sub & super structure erection for our new barn area.

We set out with a vision and Tom has supported us every step of the way to ensure our vision was reached, however with his management skills and time efficiency the finish product has exceeded our expectations.

What a credit to his division, we are forever expanding for our needs on the farm and can rest assure we need to look no further for another contractor.

I needed the sloping driveway access to my home doubled in size and the front wall redesigned. I had looked for a while for a reputable company and I was recommended to Wren Building Contractors by a friend. Before that time I had no knowledge of this company. Due to personal circumstances I wanted the job completed on particular dates and paid an upfront deposit to secure those dates. As it worked out, I had to go away whilst the work was carried out and had to put my trust in this company......

It turned out to be the right decision!

Whilst I was away Tom Wren supervised all the work and kept me regularly updated with telephone calls, photos and videos. I felt very much in contact and aware of what was happening at my home. Advice was offered and accepted on various design aspects. The work was completed to an excellent standard with great care taken on detail. The new section of wall in particular is a masterpiece!!!

I was very pleased that the final invoice matched the quotation and even more happy that some additional work such as additional channel drains and topsoil and turfing on my lawn was carried out at no additional cost.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
