We were disappointed by the wide variation in the quality of work on our renovation in North Norfolk. The structural elements were excellent, but the bathroom was built incorrectly (wrong size cupboard, toilet too close to the sink, shower glass had to be removed and resiliconed as it leaked within 5 days) the kitchen and bathroom ducting was incorrect and the kitchen was poorly installed. Overall the failings seemed to be due poor project management and supervision. They were highly recommended ,which shows just how complex achieving a successful renovation really is.
