Steve has gone above and beyond on my project. I've asked for more than the usual, due to it being a self build and Steve has always delivered. It's been a complicated build, due to vaulted ceilings and lots of glass. Steve liaised with structural engineers, for development of steel frame that was needed, also liaised with building cintrol, to help me with questions I had. Highly recommend using Yarn Architecture for any project you might have in the future.

We could not have wished for a more personal and professional architect to work with for our single story extension. Our vision was listened to and advice offered to allow us to achieve this within structural guidance. We received our drawings in a timely manner and were offered several discussions at each stage in case of any requirements to amend. Steve is both knowledgable and realistic and has supported us to achieve the build we were looking for. He has been extremely helpful and we would happily and confidently recommend to anybody with the dream of making their vision reality. Yarn were able to provide recommendations and support when gaining approvals and permissions for the build which took any stress away from us.

Excellent professional service from start to finish. We weren’t sure what we wanted our extension to look like or what the limitations might be for our plot. Steve started from the beginning, establishing what styles we like, what functionality we needed from the build and offered bespoke advice, explaining the look and feel of different materials and what might work for our project.

Illustrations were excellent as was communication.

We had been putting this project off for years due to other professionals making things sound so complicated.

Steve gave us everything we needed, explaining the whole process in a way we could understand and make financial plans for, without any surprises.
