I recently contacted Mark about a job another joiner had quoted on. Despite giving the other joiner the go-ahead, I could not get him to commit to a date to do the work and he was really bad at replying to messages, sometimes taking weeks to come back to me and then he was stalling, so I gave My Property Matters the opportunity to quote for the job instead.

Mark and his business partner Ian came out the next day to size up the job and they followed up really quickly with a fair quote. They definitely added value by thinking of the best way to do the job well, and made some great suggestions that I went with.

The job went ahead a week later and they absolutely delivered on what they promised. They removed a bath, diverted the plumbing, made good the tiling, and then built a bespoke unit to re-situate my washing machine and tumbler dryer.

It was a floor-to-ceiling unit and I was concerned it would look out of place or be too dominating but they built a really practical unit that looks great and matches in with the other furniture in the room. They also liaised with an electrician to complete the required electrical works to make this job safe and compliant.

Thank you so much My Property Matters! I know when the plumbing was uncovered it threw a bit of a curve ball but you got the job done and I’m honestly really impressed with the quality and the professionalism that you showed.

What can I say! We were in a seriously bad spot after been left without the proper customisation from an IKEA worktop. I had to call and get someone to come in to fix the mistakes this week and Your Property Matters were there when we needed them. Professional, tidy, quick to come out, really pleasant guys.
Honestly, they really saved us from a huge mess and they did it so well with great advice. The work was done in an hour.
