Despite regular maintenance, major repairs were needed and we're pleased to say, we're delighted with the result. YTR carried out the work to the window and the door, repair and paintwork, clean and tidy workmanship, polite and canny crack - all in all, a good job.

Really pleased with the work YTR carried out on our windows and door. Efficient, clean and the work has made such a difference to the flat. Look great. Keep the warmth in. And the very old sash windows now open as they should. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

The YTR team recently completed an extensive repair project on our period property - renewing rotten timber window frames, soffits, fascias and finials. We received a prompt competitive quote and communication throughout was excellent. The work was completed to a high standard, in timely fashion and the guys unobtrusive, tidy and polite. Difficult to find skilled joiners these days but was lucky to find YTR. Excellent repairs to non-standard cathedral style window at first floor level on Grade II listed barn conversion, including fitting non-standard double-glazed panels. Would recommend YTR without hesitation.

Just when you're losing all hope of finding a good trades person you sometimes manage to find a real diamond in the rough! Thoroughly professional from start to finish for a job which was essentially correcting someone else's issue I am over the moon to have found YTR Property Services. I am absolutely delighted with the end result which means I finally have the window in perfect condition as it should have been first time around from the previous company. Attention to detail was second to none and Brean went above and beyond to deliver a perfect end result and finish. Certainly won't hesitate to use YTR again and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I choose Brean and his great team of lads on a friends recommendation, I was not disappointed with the price or the workmanship. Arrived on time, finished within the time frame they had set, great service all around. Thank you so much just need a miracle now to stop the bird poo lol

First class service from start to finish. Punctual, reliable and delivered exactly what was promised. Full window refurb with draft proofing and running sash windows in a grade 2 listed building. Wish I’d had it done years ago!
